THIS MOD IS A MODIFIED FRAMEWORK-RES.APK BASED CM9-BETA3 ANCORA BY SIR ARCO..
and has been tested only on that build..

CWM
Do a nandroid back up
Mount & Storage
Change Mount System to Unmount System
Install zip
reboot

Bugs & Issue :
you cannot change your lockscreen background Image with custom image or color fill otherwise you'll get botlop..
you can only set your lockscreen background with default wallpaper

Revert Back to stok CM9 Lockscreen.zip
